RED HOOK – 3 Kingston males have been arrested late on Thursday afternoon by Red Hook Town Police following a report of a suspicious automobile and a trespass complaint at a neighborhood farm.
Officers positioned the automobile on Route 9G, carried out a site visitors quit and automobile search and recovered 22 pounds of hemp plants that had been stolen from the farm home.
Arrested have been Peter Bonavita, 45, Raven Banks, 18, and Joshua Guldy, 18, every charged with felony grand larceny as nicely as criminal trespass and criminal possession of stolen home, each as misdemeanors. They have been sent to the Dutchess County Jail on bail.
Red Hook Police have been assisted by State Police.
