Illegal Cannabis Dispensary Reopens Just after Toronto Walls Off Entrance With Concrete Blocks

[ad_1]

Just after the city took the uncommon step of physically barring entry to 4 illegal cannabis dispensaries, a single place has reopened — the hefty concrete blocks now stacked neatly beside the constructing.

Late Wednesday and early Thursday, workers from the city’s Municipal Licensing and Requirements (MLS) division placed the blocks in front of the doors at every of the dispensaries — all of which had been operating beneath the name “CAFE.”

It is unclear who removed the blocks and how, but the CAFE cannabis dispensary at 104 Harbord St. was enabling consumers back in by Thursday afternoon.
