California Hemp Regulations Finalized, Applications Prepared!
The Workplace of Administrative Law (OAL) authorized Section 4900 in Title three of the California Code of Regulations pertaining to industrial hemp cultivation registration costs on April 25, 2019. California Hemp Council
The California Hemp Council (CHC) was formed to represent the interests of the hemp sector in California with a unified voice. CDFA Hemp Regulations
